Two perspectives.
One conversation.
Your decision.
We bring different strengths and perspectives to the same conversation, giving you more than one way to look at what’s in front of you and helping you decide what feels right for you.
Meet Tina
I've always been fascinated by people. Not just by what they do, but by what sits beneath the surface — the patterns we repeat, the questions we keep asking, the decisions we struggle to make, the moments when life feels confusing, overwhelming, or simply too close to see clearly.
That curiosity led me to a degree in Psychology, but it didn't stop there. Over the past two decades, I've built both the education and the experience to help people navigate life's complexity with greater clarity and confidence — through continued study, professional certifications, and years of working alongside people through personal and professional challenges.
What I've discovered is that people rarely need someone to hand them the answers. More often, they need someone who can slow things down, ask thoughtful questions, recognize patterns they may not see themselves, and help separate what truly matters from all the mental noise. That is where I naturally come alive.
One of my greatest strengths is helping people uncover the question beneath the question. While Janet naturally excels at organizing possibilities, solving practical problems, and creating a path forward, I tend to uncover the deeper patterns and underlying dynamics that make sure we're solving the right problem in the first place. Together, we combine reflection with action—helping people move from uncertainty to clarity, and from clarity to confident next steps.
Whether someone comes to us with a personal decision, a business challenge, a significant transition, or a project that's lost momentum, I hope they leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more confident than when they arrived.
Meet Janet
I've always been drawn to solving problems. Whether it's a stalled project, a complicated decision, a business challenge, or a situation that feels overwhelming; I naturally begin looking for the moving pieces, the connections, and the path that will help things move forward.
That instinct led me into a career in project management, operations, business development, procurement, and leadership — but it didn't stop there. Over the past two decades, I've led multimillion-dollar projects, managed large teams, negotiated contracts, opened new businesses, and improved operations across organizations of every size.
What I've learned is that most challenges aren't solved by having more information. They're solved by understanding what matters most. That is where I naturally come alive.
One of my greatest strengths is bringing order to overwhelming situations — seeing the moving pieces, asking thoughtful questions, identifying practical possibilities, and helping people move from uncertainty to a clear, manageable plan. While Tina naturally uncovers deeper patterns and underlying dynamics, I focus on what's possible, what needs attention, and how you start moving forward.
Whether someone comes to us with a personal transition, a business challenge, an important decision, or a project that's lost momentum, my goal is to help them leave with a clearer understanding of what matters, what comes next, and the confidence to begin moving forward.
Why There Are Two of Us
Having two people in the room isn't just a feature of the service; it is the service. We don't approach situations the same way, and we don't want to—that gives you the benefit of two unique perspectives on the same situation.
