The Three Levels of Service

“Help me figure this out.” $350 for a 90-minute private session with Janet and Tina. You bring one primary decision or problem. We work through Understand, Explore, Clarify, and Move, and you receive a written Clarity Takeaway afterward with the key insights from the conversation and your next three steps. No obligation to continue.

“Help me work through this.” $1,150/month, for as little as one month and up to four months. This is for situations that need more than one conversation — you have a general sense of direction, but want ongoing perspective, clarity, troubleshooting, planning, and accountability as things unfold. We remain partners in the process while you stay responsible for carrying out the project or change. Support includes a monthly 90-minute strategy session, two 60-minute working sessions monthly, designated communication time between sessions, and light planning, research, and follow-up.

"Help me make this happen." $2,250/month, 4-month minimum. For larger projects and significant transitions where you want us actively involved in helping move the outcome forward. We become active partners in organizing and advancing it — strategy sessions, working sessions, project planning, research, organization, tracking, problem-solving, resource and vendor research, coordination, follow-up, and documentation.
What We're Offering
We're offering something simpler: a way through. We provide perspective when you're too close, clarity when there's too much noise, possibility when you feel stuck, and organization when there are too many moving pieces. As well as, a second and third way of looking at something when you can only see one, and movement when you don't know what to do next.
